/THE BRIEF
The brief was to come up with a logo design and style guide for Dymocks Tutoring while still incorporating the Dymocks logo. Dymocks Tutoring is part of the Dymocks Group, one of Australia’s oldest and most reputable family companies. They offer small group tutoring for students nationwide.
/THE RESULT
Trying to design something that said ‘tutoring’ and ‘education’ around the original Dymocks logo was a little tricky. It was important not to have something stuck on, but something that seamlessly was incorporated into the design.
The graduation cap was a nice shape that fitted perfectly into the dip of the Dymocks logo and also said tutoring and education immediately.
The next step was to design a small and simple style guide for the logo as well as coming up with the fonts, website and colour usage.
